Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses holistica.space, run by Holistica from Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using the site

• The site is free for job seekers. You don’t need an account.
• Don’t scrape the site at a rate that affects other visitors, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
• We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

Job listings and accuracy

• Listings are summaries of jobs published on companies’ own careers pages. We are not the employer or a recruiter, and we’re not part of any hiring decision.
• We check listings daily, but a job can close, change or turn out to be inaccurate at any time. Details such as location eligibility, visa sponsorship, relocation support and salary are what the company published. Always confirm them on the company’s own page and with the company.
• Nothing on the site is immigration, legal, tax or career advice.
• A genuine employer will never ask you to pay to apply or to get a job. If a listing leads to anyone asking for money, don’t pay, and report it to foc25@proton.me.
• Company names and trademarks belong to their owners. Listing a company doesn’t mean it endorses us.

Featured listings

• Employers can pay to feature a role, which pins it near the top of the relevant page for an agreed period. A featured role still links to the employer’s own careers page.
• We review every featured listing before it goes live. We may refuse or remove a listing that is misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, asks candidates to pay, or doesn’t match a real opening on the employer’s careers page.
• You must have the right to advertise the role you submit.

Pricing and payment

• Pricing for featured listings is given on request: email foc25@proton.me. The price we quote is the price you pay, and we’ll tell you whether taxes are included.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We send an invoice for every payment.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Advertising and other websites

The site shows ads from Google AdSense and links to other websites, including every employer’s careers page. We don’t control those sites or ads and aren’t responsible for their content. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.

Our content

The site’s design, code and the summaries we write belong to Holistica. Don’t copy them wholesale or present them as your own.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from any listing, or from dealings with any employer. If we are found liable to an employer, our total liability is limited to the amount they paid us for the featured listing concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir.
