About Holistica

What we list

Holistica lists two kinds of jobs:

• Remote roles open to India, where the company says it hires people based in India, in APAC time zones, or anywhere in the world.
• Jobs abroad where the company says it sponsors a work visa, pays for relocation, or both.

A lot of “remote” jobs quietly mean “remote, but only in the US”, and a lot of jobs abroad never say whether they’ll sponsor a visa. We only list roles where the company says so.

How listings are checked

• Every listing comes from the company’s own careers page, usually hosted on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday or SmartRecruiters. We don’t take listings from recruiters or reposting sites.
• We check those pages every day. If a role disappears from the company’s page, it disappears from ours. Anything we haven’t seen live in the last 7 days is hidden automatically.
• We show a short summary, not the full job description. The Apply button always takes you to the company’s own page, where you apply directly.
• We never take applications, never pass your details to employers, and never charge job seekers anything.

Details like visa sponsorship and salary come from what the company publishes. Always confirm them on the company’s page and with the company before you make decisions.

Who runs this

Holistica is an independent job board run from Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India. It’s paid for by advertising and by employers who choose to feature a role.
