About the Role

We are looking for a TV & Radio Operations Executive to join our Media Operations team. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting of TV and Radio campaigns, while coordinating closely with planning teams, radio stations, and other media partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day TV & Radio campaign operations and execution.
• Release and track Release Orders (ROs) as per approved media plans.
• Coordinate with TV channels, radio stations, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Ensure campaigns go live as per the approved channel/station mix, markets, dates, time bands, spot durations, and schedules.
• Monitor spot telecasts/broadcasts and identify missed spots, under-deliveries, scheduling discrepancies, or other execution issues.
• Follow up with media partners for make-goods/compensatory spots wherever required.
• Handle spot confirmations, telecast certificates/broadcast logs, and campaign documentation.
• Coordinate for material delivery, traffic instructions, creative changes, and campaign start/end dates.
• Prepare regular campaign status reports, spot monitoring reports, and reconciliation reports.
• Support the team with billing reconciliation and ensure invoices are aligned with actual campaign deliveries.

Required Skills & Experience

• Good understanding of TV & Radio operational processes.
• Familiarity with ROs, schedules, spot monitoring, make-goods, reconciliation, and billing processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced media agency environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates from media agencies or advertising agencies with relevant offline media experience would be preferred.
